We rented the BIG bounce house. From the beginning to the end was a pleasant experience with this company. They said they would be here at 8 to 930 and they pulled in at 8:03. They set everything up and came the next morning at 830 to collect the bounce house. Couldn't be happier with everything about this experience. Highly recommend them! Support our small businesses. We were in a pinch for a birthday party. I ordered the best obstacle course, bouncy castle and slide combo two nights before the party. In the morning I spoke with them to confirm everything and by that night it was setup and ready to go! We and all of the birthday party attendees had so much fun. The ordering process was entirely online and communication with the crew couldn't have been easier! I will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend this company. Everything was amazing!!! I have no complaints. In the confirmation email I would have loved if it listed the items I ordered. I panicked I didn’t have all the chairs and table I needed. But that’s just a suggestion!! The staff were absolutely amazing. I have a very challenging driveway/yard that’s a steep hill and was very nervous that they would say it couldn’t be delivered. And they did it all fast in the blazing hot humid day. 10 stars from us and will definitely be using you again.

The waterslide was a HUGE hit at my 5-year-old's birthday party, and the whole process of renting it was easy. I appreciated being able to split the cost over two payments, and the setup and removal process was SO easy - we really didn't have to do anything, which was perfect, haha. Will definitely recommend and use again!

I loved that I could actually get in touch with a person at this company. I was in constant contact with someone through text as I was worried about the weather and they were very friendly and great at communicating. It was also a great perk that we were able to get the rental a day early. One of the blowers had a faulty switch and someone from the crew (Jon) came right back out to fix it. Overall, we'll definitely book again. I thought I did notice a little uptick of a price when I went back on again recently so I'll probably reserve a unit in the winter months again to get the deal I believe I got this time. But either way, incredible company!

My 3 year old son and his friends all had a blast in the tropical bounce house combo with slides! I love how it was bright and very clean. I appreciate how well Jump On It 603 is with communication. The teams who help set up and haul away were friendly and professional. Ashley who helped book this rental was also very nice, knowledgeable and made the process easy! The unit was dropped off a day before without any extra cost. It worked out perfect for our family and my daughter loved having it here for an extra day. Booking, with other companies I have used before, has always been much more challenging. I had another company cancel on me last minute for my daughter's 9th birthday. Jump On It was able to rent me an amazing inflatable water slide with very short notice, and then was even able to push my rental back a day because of bad weather. The crew was punctual, professional and friendly during setup. And same can be said for when they picked up the rental as well. They were also very thorough with instructions on how to operate the water slide. This company is great, I would highly recommend them, and they are the ONLY company I will be using in the future.

The owners set up the rental and we’re courteous, friendly, and quick with the setup to include cleaning and sanitizing it. The kids played for hours in the course and on the slide. Renting was easy, the team was quick to answer questions and get back to me and they checked in with me when rain was expected to make sure we were still interested in renting that day. The bounce house was sanitized thoroughly upon set up, which I appreciated and set up went very quickly. We were able to turn the bounce house off ourselves prior to guests arriving, and turn it back on with only a minute or two for it to fully inflate. Everything arrived and was cleaned up in a timely manner. More so, my son and his friends LOVED the bounce house. This was the PERFECT birthday surprise.
