We had a great experience with Jump On It. The bounce house was set up (water attached) with plenty of time still before our party. Jon was very pleasant to work with at drop off and pick up. We felt that the price was extremely reasonable and the castle was in good working order. We will definitely be renting from Jump On It in the future.

Two years in a row and I can’t be any more satisfied!! Everything was set up and ready to go for our event. On top of that, he helped us with some of our setup, putting out tables and chairs, laying out table cloths, and even starting things up early so our kids could enjoy things early!

The customer service that I received through the booking process was amazing so helpful and flexible to my needs than when it came to delivery being able to have it delivered a little early and so many little kids were able to have a partial day to bounce on the bounce house with their grandparents in my neighborhood made it amazing even more before our party The party was a huge success it was a great 18th birthday the people that came to set it up and pick it up or so friendly and helpful they were very caring about our land and our property they made sure to ask questions the bouncy house was very very clean when I got here which was very nice the price was really not that bad Especially with set up and take down and delivery and pick up it was great highly recommend this company so the second time that my family has used it and great experience both times thank you so much

The day they came to set up my combo unit the two that came to set it up with great professional did awesome job. The unit itself was amazing. Everybody had such a great time using it and then when it was time to be picked up the two that picked it up came in. They were quite discrete Did a great job. We just rented this past weekend and I couldn’t have asked for better service. Immediately you’re greeted with a pleasant text from Ashley about options of bouncy houses, date of the party, and recommendations. They reached out because the weather had potential rain asking if we still wanted to keep the date or change it to another day. All in all the communication was above and beyond. I didn’t have to be home for the setup and they respected our property. For pickup I did get to meet someone he was super friendly and answered my question if I could fit a water slide. He was knowledgeable about his product and I would book again!

I highly recommend Jump On It 603 for your next event! The rental process is the easiest, the staff is prompt with response and super friendly. The inflatables are always clean and the kids(even the big kids) have a blast on them. Pick up and drop off has always been seamless and the employees are very nice and respectful. Excellent communication from the very beginning. The slide was delivered earlier than the event, which was fantastic. The crew was extremely friendly and fast moving at drop off and pickup. The kids had a blast on this slide, it was really impressive and fast! From day one the team was immediately responsive to all of my questions as well as concerns (with weather for my event). When I texted with anything within minutes they responded! I can’t express enough how amazing this event was for our kids in the program, they all talked so much about it the parents left us so many messages on “the best day ever” each of the kids had! I had another company cancel on me last minute for my daughter's 9th birthday. Jump On It was able to rent me an amazing inflatable water slide with very short notice, and then was even able to push my rental back a day because of bad weather. The crew was punctual, professional and friendly during setup. And same can be said for when they picked up the rental as well. They were also very thorough with instructions on how to operate the water slide. This company is great, I would highly recommend them, and they are the ONLY company I will be using in the future.

I loved that I could actually get in touch with a person at this company. I was in constant contact with someone through text as I was worried about the weather and they were very friendly and great at communicating. It was also a great perk that we were able to get the rental a day early. One of the blowers had a faulty switch and someone from the crew (Jon) came right back out to fix it. Overall, we'll definitely book again. I thought I did notice a little uptick of a price when I went back on again recently so I'll probably reserve a unit in the winter months again to get the deal I believe I got this time. But either way, incredible company!

Jump on it 603 was a fabulous company to work with! I ordered the castle jump house for my son’s 6th birthday and that’s where they spent the majority of the day. Making it easier for us parents (wink wink) it ended up getting dropped of a little earlier then expected and my kids loved the extra bounce time! The guys who delivered were super efficient and friendly. They quietly picked it up the next day without issue. The house was clean and the perfect size! Everything was amazing!!! I have no complaints. In the confirmation email I would have loved if it listed the items I ordered. I panicked I didn’t have all the chairs and table I needed. But that’s just a suggestion!! The staff were absolutely amazing. I have a very challenging driveway/yard that’s a steep hill and was very nervous that they would say it couldn’t be delivered. And they did it all fast in the blazing hot humid day. 10 stars from us and will definitely be using you again.

The booking process was easy and friendly! I had questions about the yard placement and through some photos and questions I had answers within 30 minutes. Pricing was reasonable. The set up crew arrived early and communicated the entire time. The equipment (bounce house, chairs, tables) were all clean and ready for use when they got here. The team was respectful of the property when they got here and were very clean and quick. Removal was just as seamless. 10/10 recommend and can’t wait for our next event already!

The castle slide combo was a hit! The kids were in there the whole time. We were lucky to have it dropped off the day before the event so no stress about having it ready to go. The bounce house was very secure with multiple kids jumping. The cord was placed carefully to avoid tripping hazard. My kiddo got lots of extra time to jump and enjoy. Super great experience! As a bonus- they set up and took down on the day before and the day after our event so my kids (and the kids in the neighborhood!) were able to enjoy the bounce obstacle course extra long which was a nice bonus. Renting was easy, the team was quick to answer questions and get back to me and they checked in with me when rain was expected to make sure we were still interested in renting that day. The bounce house was sanitized thoroughly upon set up, which I appreciated and set up went very quickly. We were able to turn the bounce house off ourselves prior to guests arriving, and turn it back on with only a minute or two for it to fully inflate. Everything arrived and was cleaned up in a timely manner. More so, my son and his friends LOVED the bounce house. This was the PERFECT birthday surprise.
