The XL combo was truly perfect for a big birthday bash and for the adults to play on too! The castle slide combo was a hit! The kids were in there the whole time. We were lucky to have it dropped off the day before the event so no stress about having it ready to go. The bounce house was very secure with multiple kids jumping. The cord was placed carefully to avoid tripping hazard. My kiddo got lots of extra time to jump and enjoy. Renting was easy, the team was quick to answer questions and get back to me and they checked in with me when rain was expected to make sure we were still interested in renting that day. The bounce house was sanitized thoroughly upon set up, which I appreciated and set up went very quickly. We were able to turn the bounce house off ourselves prior to guests arriving, and turn it back on with only a minute or two for it to fully inflate. Everything arrived and was cleaned up in a timely manner. More so, my son and his friends LOVED the bounce house. This was the PERFECT birthday surprise. Everything was amazing!!! I have no complaints. In the confirmation email I would have loved if it listed the items I ordered. I panicked I didn’t have all the chairs and table I needed. But that’s just a suggestion!! The staff were absolutely amazing. I have a very challenging driveway/yard that’s a steep hill and was very nervous that they would say it couldn’t be delivered. I booked 24 hours before my event and almost instantly got a response and there was a bounce house available! It was delivered the same day by 2 wonderful and professional guys. They even vacuumed and cleaned the inside of the bounce house so my kids could eagerly jump in it. They loved it and were sad to see it picked up but we would definitely rent again!

Wonderful experience with Jump On It 603! They were recommended to us by friends who use them all the time. We got the combo jump house/waterslide for my five-year-old‘s birthday party this past weekend. Communication was fantastic throughout and it was dropped off early, which meant extra jump time for my kiddos ☺️ The actual equipment was clean and in great condition. Everyone had a blast and we will definitely be using them again!

I highly recommend Jump On It 603 for your next event! The rental process is the easiest, the staff is prompt with response and super friendly. The inflatables are always clean and the kids(even the big kids) have a blast on them. Pick up and drop off has always been seamless and the employees are very nice and respectful. Jump on it was very easy to work with. They had answers regarding availablity in minutes during my first phone. Price was good and they were spot on from drop-off and pick-up. The kids and adults all had such a great time! They were even able to make requests for songs, which made it extra fun. Everything was set up early in the morning and taken down at night, giving us plenty of time to prepare for the party. Seeing even the parents jump into the foam was amazing! The day they came to set up my combo unit the two that came to set it up with great professional did awesome job. The unit itself was amazing. Everybody had such a great time using it and then when it was time to be picked up the two that picked it up came in. They were quite discrete Did a great job. The unit was dropped off a day before without any extra cost. It worked out perfect for our family and my daughter loved having it here for an extra day. Booking, with other companies I have used before, has always been much more challenging. Jump on It 603 made booking simple and easy as well as had someone available to help answer any questions during the process. The owners set up the rental and we’re courteous, friendly, and quick with the setup to include cleaning and sanitizing it. The kids played for hours in the course and on the slide. My experience with Jump on It was wonderful from beginning to end. They have so many options to choose from. Their website is very descriptive and user friendly. Contract was easy to read and understand. I had a question that I made a phone call for. They were super helpful and completed the need for the call. They were early with drop off. Super great experience! As a bonus- they set up and took down on the day before and the day after our event so my kids (and the kids in the neighborhood!) were able to enjoy the bounce obstacle course extra long which was a nice bonus. The inflatable was great entertainment for the kids, the booking process was fast and easy (I appreciated the phone call with additional information after the quote was emailed) and we will definitely be booking again for future parties!

We chose jump on it 603 to rent a bounce house for our daughters 1st birthday. I read great reviews about the company which is how I decided to go with them. From start to finish the entire experience was simple and the customer service was great. Booking online was very easy and I was contacted a week prior to the date of the party to confirm the details. They ended up dropping off and setting up the bounce house a day early which made it one less thing we had to worry about on the day of the party. I had another company cancel on me last minute for my daughter's 9th birthday. Jump On It was able to rent me an amazing inflatable water slide with very short notice, and then was even able to push my rental back a day because of bad weather. The crew was punctual, professional and friendly during setup. And same can be said for when they picked up the rental as well. They were also very thorough with instructions on how to operate the water slide. This company is great, I would highly recommend them, and they are the ONLY company I will be using in the future.

We just rented this past weekend and I couldn’t have asked for better service. Immediately you’re greeted with a pleasant text from Ashley about options of bouncy houses, date of the party, and recommendations. They reached out because the weather had potential rain asking if we still wanted to keep the date or change it to another day. All in all the communication was above and beyond. I didn’t have to be home for the setup and they respected our property. For pickup I did get to meet someone he was super friendly and answered my question if I could fit a water slide. The set up crew arrived early and communicated the entire time. The equipment (bounce house, chairs, tables) were all clean and ready for use when they got here. I loved that I could actually get in touch with a person at this company. I was in constant contact with someone through text as I was worried about the weather and they were very friendly and great at communicating. It was also a great perk that we were able to get the rental a day early. One of the blowers had a faulty switch and someone from the crew (Jon) came right back out to fix it. Overall, we'll definitely book again. I thought I did notice a little uptick of a price when I went back on again recently so I'll probably reserve a unit in the winter months again to get the deal I believe I got this time. But either way, incredible company!
